Stopped by the garage today, it was nice to see the enthusiasm, alot of welding and fitting of tubing . Work gettin done!Our resident Ace mechanics foot is getting better by the week, his brain is another story,but lets not get into that today.He was saying he wants to get the cage finished up so we can move onto the motor.Time moves by fast and it seems there is always something to do,but da Bears are on this evening and all work seems to slow,as it should! The Grapes seem to be over powering our driver, they’re everwhere! They taste great sweet, you just touch one in a bunch and the rest just fall off and roll down your arm.Just two weeks ago it seems they were firm ,ripe and full and you had to twist them off the vine ,not many bees , Mike says.Usually they’re everywhere but they don’t bother ya though,they want the grapes,as do I !! It was a good day, evenmanaged to get our welder ,Hip(had to mention his name it’s in his contract)to do some work or at least he pretended to be doin somthing.Mike was walking around mumbling something about John? John growl , growl, John …growl… if you know Mike you know how he gets LOL    JUST KIDDING !! REALLY.No one reads this anyway!

Hello is anyone out there? I didn’t make it by the garage this past weekend,so I can’t say much about what’s going on. Although I’d bet a dollar to a donut that the garage still isn’t finished getting painted,the new door still isn’t hung,and the roll cage still isn’t welded, HIP!!!! Trying to get our welder to do something is like scrapping gum off of your boot. What a pain,and it never happens easy,kind of like our Driver . he can’t count the fingers you’re holding up without asking do I count the ones that are folded down also? Sure hope they got some work done so I have something proper to report on!

Went back to the Garage today just to crack the whip on somebody,sure as there is lipstick on a pig,still nothing happening! Everyone was on a mandatory time out to watch ,Da Bears.After the game was over no one felt much like working. Also our ace wrench still isn’t up to 100%, like he ever was! I don’t mean that about his work. Just maybe his mental state could be explosive unless calmed through the old I got pizza or chicken has known to bring a calm to the craziness , right Hip! Fuel is needed at all times .

p.s. Our Driver is doing a fair job on painting the garage,but it’s takin’ forever.  Less with the jaws and more with the cause!!

It has been a long summer add the heat and I love it , you can’t race your
car in the snow. Now that the time has come for most teams to close the
season and start to think about next year , we are already on that path .
The new N.H.R.A. chassis inprovements ,there always adding tubing,are
done . Now it’s time to start to put the car back together and also make it
a little more trick, it never ends but it does all come together . New paint
and a fresh engine go a long way . As in all racing the season never ends .
For us we are looking at a new engine combo that mid-seven second zone
looks nice. In todays E.T.’s that does’nt sound fast but money talks and
thats all we have for now.
So enjoy the fall the snow isn’t far behind. Next year is only months away . For us it’s what we can get done in the time we have untill next
March.

you ! It has all kinds of clips so check it out . We do this for us but also for the fans in the stands, we like to be part of the show, but the fans in
the stands are the ones that count they come to see a show.

Well ,stopped by the SAR garage over this past weekend and saw our super duper ace mechanic sitting around and doin’ nothing,not at all like him! When I asked him why he wasn’t in Florida if he was on Vay Kay, He told me he wasn’t on vacation he had dropped somethin’ that weighed 150 lbs. on his foot. Now I know his hands have a built in Torque wrench and I swear his eyes have a built in bubble level but now his foot has a built in scale. Needless to say he’s not up and around as he’d like to be. We all hope your foot is doin better. SO WHEN HE’S NOT WORKIN NOT MUCH GOES ON, so to keep our driver in shape we got him painting the garage.To think everyone thought bloggin was a lousy job,well everyone has to do their part.Oh my fingers are so tired.

D- man you out did yourself ,Way kool!  We need to put the word (page) in between the 1 and the 2 on the pics. page ,I thought it was 12 until I clicked on the #2 and it was all the tall pictures, or we need gallery 1 and 2 !  It Looks Fantastic!
